On Location Sessions

We are happy to come your way with our portable setup. Our team will fully manage the headshot event and capture artistic images for each member of your organization. You can select from one of our available backdrops or opt for the natural look of your office space. Not sure which direction to go? We are happy to advise and help you choose a look that best showcases your team!

  • We have a portable setup that is travels easily. Our space requirements are minimal and we are flexible to host the sessions on site at your office in the location that is most convenient for you.

  • In addition to our classic Slow Road Signature Gray background that you commonly see, our traveling setup allows us to transfer your headshots to a variety of different backgrounds. This also allows us to photograph your team members over time while keeping the overall look of the images uniform. We are happy to create a custom background that matches your brand image.

    Additionally, you can always choose to have us photograph your team in the natural setting of your office. This is a great option if you are looking for something that really allows the aesthetic of your office to shine through the photos.
